One of the ways corporations look to grow and expand is through mergers and acquisitions (M&A). “One plus one equals three” is the basic reasoning behind M&A deals. These deals help companies to gain advantages like gaining a larger customer base, global footprint, access to distribution channels or suppliers, technical knowhow, among other things.
